“Many thanks and huge congratulations to all at Winchelsea Bowls Club for another amazing tournament.  Yet again it was a triumph and the whole day was perfection from the welcome coffee & bacon roll on arrival, delicious lunch with the most sublime cheesecake, glorious weather and the cheerful, sporting nature all the bowlers displayed.  We had lots of laughter whilst tackling Rink 4 !!  A real challenge that one!  Needless to say we would love to book a place for the 2027 tournament.”

BBQ and Club Day 19th September 2025

Another big thank you to Jeanette, Geoff, Norma and Rick for yet another delicious barbeque, to Graham for the ‘so silly, but so good’ games, Jeff for the music and all those that made it another great afternoon.

Love being part of this club.

Well, what an amazing day we had yesterday at the BBQ.  Wonderful weather (weren’t we lucky!), a great turnout of members, good food (and Jill’s wonderful trifle) and some fun games which continued the whole afternoon.

The good news is we raised £200 for our club funds and we must thank you all for this terrific effort.

The bad news is that the Green is now closed.
